Ordering spare parts is an art in itself. It often takes a lot of time and expertise to locate the exact part. To assist you correctly and efficiently in finding the right spare part, we follow the procedure outlined below:

Procedure:

• 💶 For each request, we charge €22
• • to be paid before the start
  • whether the item is still available
• 💡 If the item is found, we will send you the price, along with a QR code for payment
• 💳 We will order the item and send you a message when it is available
• 📦 The item can then be collected or sent (for a fee)

ℹ️ Why this starting amount?

Searching for parts – especially for older or less common models – requires time and expertise. This fixed amount helps us to assist everyone more quickly and professionally, without wasting time in our workshop.
